If something isn’t right with an item that you've purchased, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.

Start the process with our Self-Serve Returns

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Limited drops or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product defects, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once the return is received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
